PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

Project Block.Ed addresses the skills gap in e-learning by implementing micro-credentials, creating flexible learning pathways for adult trainers. We will enhance their skills through short programs focused on instructional design and technology, culminating in the awarding of these credentials. Additionally, we aim to increase trust in micro-credentials by integrating a blockchain-enabled platform with modern LMS systems.

PROJECT OUTPUTS:

  • Guide for designing e-Learning courses with microcredentials
  • Framework for microcredentials validation, incl. tools and resources to support professionals in self-assessment & continuous improvement of their short learning programs
  • BlockEd COURSE on how to efficiently integrate micro-credentials in educational offerings; learning activity/ToT
  • Platform blockchain-enabled micro-credential provisioning PLATFORM seamlessly integrated to a state-of-the-art LMS
